A place where you're a clinician, not a number | At Approach Speech Pathology, we help communication flourish. That applies to the children and families we work with, and to the people who work here. We're a small paediatric team supporting children and young people — from late talkers in the early years through to school-aged clients working on speech sounds, language, literacy, social communication, AAC, feeding and stuttering. We work with neurodivergent children and their families. Our practice is trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, evidence-based and family-centred. The work doesn't stop at the therapy room door. Our clinicians run school readiness programs, deliver screenings and information sessions for local schools and early learning centres, and advocate for children in multidisciplinary settings. We collaborate daily with our on-site occupational therapist and a network of local paediatricians, psychologists and educators. If you've wanted to build something in your community rather than work through a list, there's room for that here. Small is deliberate. Senior clinicians are a conversation away, your questions get answered the same day, and your week is measured by the difference you make, not the hours you bill.
